At Guocali, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (Order Number) is required for all returns.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our France headquarters. A 7% restocking fee (calculated from the product purchase price) applies to all standard returns and will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. How to Process a Return

To start a return, please log in to your Account or contact us via our Support Page. Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and the return shipping address. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

4. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

5. Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours at contact@guocali.com with photos of the package and item for a swift resolution.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and customization, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, underwear, or custom-tailored products once the original packaging seal is broken.

7. EU Statutory Rights

In accordance with EU law, customers have 14 days to cancel their purchase for a full refund of the product price, provided the item is returned in resaleable condition.
