At Guocali, we aim to provide a reliable experience from checkout to delivery. This page explains processing, shipping, and delivery. If a product page shows a specific handling time, that product-level time prevails over the general timelines here.

Processing Time

Each product page displays its own handling time (e.g., ships in 24 hours, 3, 5, or 10 days). Where no product-level time is shown, orders are typically prepared within 2–3 business days after payment.

Business days = Monday to Friday, excluding France public holidays. Daily cut-off: 12:00 CET.

Shipping Methods & Free Shipping

• Standard and Express options are shown at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.
• Free shipping is available for qualifying products to selected countries (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, EU incl. Norway & Switzerland). Eligible items will display a free option at checkout.
• If an order contains both eligible and non-eligible items, available methods and prices are calculated automatically at checkout.

Split Shipments

To deliver faster, your order may ship in multiple parcels when items come from different warehouses or shipping profiles. You will receive separate tracking for each parcel. There is no extra charge beyond the total shipping cost shown at checkout.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your local authority. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We cannot estimate these amounts in advance.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery = processing time + carrier transit + local delivery.

• Typical transit: 3–8 business days after dispatch (varies by region and service level).
• Remote or rural addresses may take longer.
• Delivery estimates exclude weekends and France public holidays.

Address Changes & Delivery Attempts

• Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. After dispatch, address changes may not be possible.
• If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund minus shipping costs.

Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot deliver to PO Boxes in some countries or to restricted locations.
• If we cannot fulfill delivery to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

Items marked as pre-order or backorder will display an estimated ship window on the product page. Your order will dispatch once the item becomes available. If your order includes in-stock items, they may ship separately.

Risk of Loss & Damaged Parcels

• Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provided.
• If an item arrives damaged, report it within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the parcel and item so we can assist with a carrier claim and resolution.
