Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Guocali, we offer premium worldwide delivery. Because we curate collections from international designer warehouses, our shipping process is designed to be transparent and reliable.

1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order subtotal (after discounts).

2. Delivery Timelines

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM (CET) Monday – Friday.
Handling (Processing) Time: 1 – 3 business days for standard items. Specific designer pieces may require up to 10 business days (noted on product page).
Transit Time: 3 – 15 business days depending on destination.

Note: Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays in France.

3. Split Shipments

To provide faster service, your items may be dispatched from different designer warehouses. If your order is split into multiple parcels, you will receive separate tracking numbers. You will only be charged a single shipping fee at checkout.

4. Duties & Import Fees

For orders delivered outside of the European Union, import duties and taxes may be applied by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our checkout total.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged, please Contact Us immediately. We request that you provide photos of the packaging and product to assist with a carrier claim. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
