- Standard and Express options are shown at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart.
- Free shipping is available for qualifying products to selected countries (USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, EU incl. Norway & Switzerland). Eligible items will display a free option at checkout.
- If an order contains both eligible and non-eligible items, available methods and prices are calculated automatically at checkout.

Split Shipments

Shipping Notice
If more than 10 business days have passed since your order was marked shipped and tracking has not updated, please contact us with your order number.
Address Changes & Delivery Attempts
- Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. After dispatch, address changes may not be possible.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund minus shipping costs.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes in some countries or to restricted locations.
- If we cannot fulfill delivery to your address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Items marked as pre-order or backorder will display an estimated ship window on the product page. Your order will dispatch once the item becomes available. If your order includes in-stock items, they may ship separately.
Risk of Loss & Damaged Parcels
- Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address you provided.
- If an item arrives damaged, report it within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the parcel and item so we can assist with a carrier claim and resolution.
